Custom Order Policy

All KBAM Creations items are handmade and custom-designed based on the details you submit during the ordering process. Because each item is made specifically for you, every order is unique and crafted with care.

Once your design details are approved and your deposit is received, your order is placed into production.

Deposit & Payment Policy

A non-refundable deposit is required to begin all custom orders.

Deposits:

  • Secure your order spot

  • Cover materials and supplies

  • Confirm your commitment to the custom design process

The remaining balance must be paid before pickup or shipping.
Orders will not be released until full payment is received.

Accepted payment methods:

  • Cash App

  • Zelle

  • Apple Pay

  • Cash (local pickup)

No Refunds / No Exchanges Policy

Due to the personalized nature of custom items:

All sales are final.
KBAM Creations does not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges.

However, if an error is made by KBAM Creations (for example: incorrect spelling that does not match your submitted form), please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order so we can review and make it right.

Order Changes & Cancellations

Once your order has been started, changes may not be possible.

Cancellations:

  • Deposits remain non-refundable

  • If materials have already been purchased or work has started, the order cannot be cancelled.

Please review your order details carefully before submitting.

Turnaround Time

Turnaround times vary based on:

  • Design complexity

  • Order volume

  • Seasonal demand

Rush orders may be available for an additional fee and must be approved before payment is made.

Shipping & Pickup Policy

Customers may choose:

  • Local pickup

  • Shipping (when available)

KBAM Creations is not responsible for shipping delays once packages are in the carrier’s possession.

Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address.

Product Care Policy

To keep your items beautiful and long-lasting:

  • Do not machine wash bedazzled items

  • Do not soak in water

  • Spot clean gently only

  • Avoid excessive heat and moisture

  • Handle with care to protect embellishments

Customer Responsibility

Customers are responsible for submitting accurate:

  • Sizes

  • Colors

  • Names and spelling

  • Design details

KBAM Creations is not responsible for errors caused by incorrect information submitted on the order form.

Design Rights

KBAM Creations reserves the right to photograph and share completed work for marketing, social media, and portfolio use.
